Safety and peace of mind is important to me and I feel.assured that I will get that here Dawn.and her staff are helpful, kind and a pleasure to.interact with. I could not ask for a better experience."

"Where do I begin. They charged me double the rate advertised on the website. (Advertised roughly 250 weekly and was made to pay almost 400.) asked for a queen and got a full. The heat barely works despite being LOUD AF and almost constantly running. Upon check-in I was told the Hot water would be off for the day. Its been 3 days and still no word on if it will even be turned on before checkout. Also the rooms have no bath. Just shower. Every room has a "triple checked clean" sticker however upon getting to my room the carpets were dirty and appear to not have been swept in months, the walls are dirty, and air quality is poor at Best. Only good thing I can say about the room is the stove works. Too bad they don't supply any means of cooking unless you want to bring your own pots and pans. All around not worth it. Extra 100 a week to stay at the "days in" just up the road comes with free breakfast, bigger and cleaner room, better working and less noisy heat and a nice bathtub."

"Cool place to stay for numerous purposes, even if temporary. Quiet and close to a great area. The staff is professional, helpful, kind, and hard-working. They're always willing to go the extra mile when called upon, and have made the stay here, that much more enjoyable. They're one of the positives that make staying here for the time being, enjoyable, and having to deal with many volatile customers at times, they remain calm and yet eager to assist."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel all because of the front desk person with short hair and glasses. After paying for a whole week and explaining my sister had a stroke 10 years ago and gets a little confused sometimes. She wouldn’t give us the room when my sister took too long to find her ID in her purse. She was rude and unhelpful. I had to get a whole new bank card because of this. Absolutely do not go here."

"This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. First of all, the room I stayed in was outdated. The carpet was so filthy it looked like it wasn't clean in years. I the floor in the kitchen part needs to be updated. The hallway is way cleaner than the rooms. I don't see how can a manager ( Dawn ) feel comfortable to rent a room to anyone with a room with filthy carpet-- says a lot about YOU!. We have to clean our own towels and their bedsheets, I mean what type of mess is that! Then you got all type of weirdos walking around, people smoking weed and selling. .I seen a sell waiting to pay in line the first check in day.CRAZY....Dawn is VERY UNORGANIZED WITH THIS COMPANY...YES YOUR SWEET AND KIND. but learn to handle this hotel correctly...hire more housekeepers. Don't have a I don't care attitude when your frustrated and stay in the office instead of having a smoke vreak when there is only one person waiting on a person...you have people waiting...."
