"HVAC could use an upgrade or repair (maybe just my room). Could not get heat or cool air, and the unit would not cut off. Great front desk staff and a good location."

"Nice hotel & people are nice. Pretty annoying I can’t keep my car on the lot for free while I take a weekend trip. Doesn’t say clearly anywhere online. Stay elsewhere - just as nice, better prices, & let you park for free. Lost my business for good. There’s plenty that’ll let me park for free just for staying 1 night that’ll appreciate my business."

"We had an amazing stay with the staff at this Home2 Suites. We travel often as a family of 5 and this was a wonderful experience. Catherine and Billy at the front desk were nothing short of wonderful. I was in the lobby with my three kids and Billy brought them coloring sheets and was always making them laugh. Stacey who ran the breakfast was always so kind and helpful as I was juggling all the breakfast craziness. Definitely recommend this hotel. It’s also so close to the airport and they have a shuttle, definitely a plus."

"This hotel was absolutely spectacular!! Everything was insanely clean, everything was conveniently located, it was quiet all day and night, the pool was nice, and our suite was beautiful! The pull out couch was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! If we’re ever in Indianapolis again, we will most definitely be returning here! Best hotel experience I have personally ever had!"

"Hotel was super clean, quiet, newer, and convenient when I didn’t want to stay right downtown. Felt safe and the only reason I docked a star was there was no hot water left for tea or oatmeal at breakfast, and some of the breakfast items (eggs, biscuits etc) were cold. Still edible, and overall pleasant experience at a newer hotel."
