"I completed and filled out an application for a unit and was conditionally approved. I called several times over 3 weeks (up until the move in day) and was given the run around about the system being broken down and all I wanted to know was my next steps. I would always get told “I will call you back,” and no one would EVER call me back. Finally, on move in day (almost 3 weeks after I applied) I called and was told that I would have to pay $4300 to move in. That’s a complete joke, because I drove past the unit one night and saw trash on the ground around the dumpsters, the back glass door was filthy, and the awning above the back door was missing. The building looked unkept and the customer service absolutely sucked (they barely answer the phone and everyone in the office is clueless of answers to questions asked). I feel like I was scammed out of my application fee, but I also am thankful I dodged a bullet renting from this place. I can’t imagine what would happen if something breaks down."

"The actual apartment was great, but, when the new management took over in November 2019, the hallways and outside areas were not cleaned or maintained for 2 months. My furnace stopped working in Jan (?) 2020 and I could not reach emergency maintenance by telephone, had to wait for the next day to call in the problem. It took 3 days to fix the furnace and management did not provide a heater (In the past when I had furnace problems, the prior management provided heaters and it only took one day. Also, in the spring when the grass started growing, it was not cut until it was tremendously overgrown and the property looked like an eyesore. These problems were a major part in my decision to move after 2 years."

"My parking spot( #56)has been taken by another driver I called, sent email and attached a picture of that car , however, that car is still parked in 56. The hand sanitizing machines that supposed to be installed by entrances and exits are not installed yet. The sink in our bathroom was fixed but it needed more repair around the edges and none came to finish that repair. Frequently, bad orders such as smoking in the hallways and stairs and needs to be ventilated or sprayed. Thank you"

"Hotpads has this place listed a couple hundred dollars less than what their actual website says. When I called, several days ago, the lady said she doesn’t know why thats like that. She wasn’t confused, she sounded as if she was trying to keep a straight face. I checked again today, because this place keeps coming up in my search and it was just updated 8 hours ago, AND has a “verified” check mark in the upper left corner. Someone is lying! If they wanted to advertise this truthfully, they would have changed it by now."

"I am very happy with the service I have received from Kass Management. I have been working closely with my Building Manager Christopher and the Property Accountant Christina while transferring to a different unit in my same building. I have been living at the same building for almost 3 years, and have decided to upgrade to a bigger unit. Everyone I have been working with has been extremely accommodating, and helpful each and every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better Building Manager, as he has helped me out tremendously and has been able to take the stress off of finding a new place, by getting me set up with a bigger unit, just 2 doors down from my current unit. Thank you to Chris and Christina and all of Kass Management. I would recommend living in ReVerb Oak Lawn to anyone."
