"The therapist I seen was judgemental and not helpful. She would never keep the hour-long session it was always 30 minutes 45 minutes tops but guaranteed she billed for the hour . She would never give me any direction just Coast off of my own conclusions. If she did interject with some sort of point it was to tell me how what I did was incorrect but not really give me any direction of how to make it right. That's when there would be an awkward silence and I would create my own and she would agree with it as if it was her own. So uncomfortable. I called to cancel all my appointmentsand tell them I would no longer want service and they asked why and I told them that me and the provider did not click and I was the end of that.. I thought maybe they'd try to connect me with a different one but they did not."

"This place needs to be swept clean and focused on the Residents that is paying the VP and the president of this company. Ive never worked for such a place that does not care about the clients or the staff so much. Management and VP and President need to be replaced."

"I have see how their workers are treated. I have seen where a worker placed a two weeks final notice Which was accepted and approved and then when she attempted to receive her money that she placed in her “insurance” they not only didn’t release her $1000 that she paid in they also withheld her last check which should have been several hundred dollars. The worker was approved for vacation and she took that vacation as a part of her final two weeks. They have been less than cooperative. They told the insurance company that the worker was fired. You can’t be terminated after you have placed a two week notice in because a move to a different state. This isn’t a good place at all! I have also witnessed the worker having to go to work at 5am working until 9am then going back at 2:00pm then Working until 8:30Pm or so. I have seen that same worker getting sick after working More than 8days in a row get written up because they docked her for two shifts per day instead of one. This isn’t a reputable place of employment and I would trust them with any special needs client. I have never worked for Easter seals and I personally never will! I have worked for non profit agency’s and I have been a supporter for special needs and physically abused women and children for over 40 years. I have never seen a more dysfunctional group of crooked managers or staff in my life! I am shocked! Please do not donate or support this agency! I can’t even believe that I feel this way but something needs to be done. If this is done to a former worker what would they cover up if something happens in one of their “Homes for Special Needs” Personally, this place needs all management replaced from the top down and they need to instill good workplace practices policy and procedures."
