"We picked out a new recliner. Salesperson told us to meet them at their computer to purchase and disappeared. We had to ask where they went after waiting about 30 minutes. Then he came back and acted like he hadn’t helped us. We did get to bring our chair home after the purchase which was nice to not have to wait."
"From the moment we first walked in the door, Chuck was right on us. He asked us what we were looking for, he showed us around the store, and after about the second or third sectional he knew he had us. He walked us through the pricing and options, and just to drive a few extra nails in the coffin he took us over to the display models. After seeing the difference in construction quality between the different brands, my wallet knew it was hit. And Chuck knew it too. He proceeded to lead us up to the front counter and he left us with a handshake that spoke louder than words. Chuck had a firm grip and maintained excellent eye contact. This was more than a handshake. It was a declaration of victory. Overall great experience Chuck wasn't pushy or uppity, he was calm collected and confident. Five stars."
