"Looking for something for the holidays which I found at crown liquor jus north of Payless. The store opened 10 mins late and the cashier did not want to look at me or talk to me. Just said I didn't have it with no effort. Then went to crown liquor where they greeted me were super friendly and helped me find what I needed. Cold and unpleasant experience."

"Walked in 30 minutes before closing Sunday night and asked the guy standing alone up at the front if they had the shooters I was looking for. No reply. I asked him three more times before he even acknowledged my presence by informing me that no he did not have the brand I was looking for. I began looking at the wall of shooters behind him for something else and eventually found exactly what I had initially asked him for that he claimed he didn't have. Why did he completely ignore me while standing alone at the register doing nothing? I'm not sure. Why did he claim he didn't have what I repeatedly asked him for? I'm not sure I am sure I won't be coming back though. Don't treat your customers like trash."

"The lady that works in there ALLLL the time is the best she greets every time I come in and everyone I see come in. She has always helped me find anything I could not find. If it wasn’t for her I’m sure I would have not went back to the store because the man makes me feel uncomfortable."

"The store is great and always has stock but the one thing that gets me almost every time is the employees. There is one gentleman that's always really nice and a great lady also but several times there is an individual that is sitting on the counter and just doesn't seem like they want to be there even discussing personal issues in front of customers. Great looking always clean."

"Stopped in mid day Thursday, found a good price on Crown. Walked to the first register to the door a d a man with a black beard was sitting in a bar stool at the cash register earing Taco Bell and had 2 tacos unwrapped laying out on the counter where you would sit you items to purchase. When I went to sit my item down and all his food was on the counter I said, "oh my bad I didn't see you was eating out here" Then walked to the next register and a went to sit my item down and now a female employee in a blue shirt with brown hair was ALSO eating a large burrito with both hands and another one open and set up like a kitchen table at the cash register. I replied, "wow, I must of came at a bad time" Neither employee stopped eating or bothered to engage me age me at either register they just continued to eat their lunches if I didn't exist. At that time a second female to her right, a tall girl with blonde hair was standing at a cash register and said, "don't worry I'll take you down here" and she gave a big sigh as if she wasn't happy about the situation either. She was very professional and helpful but the entire situation was extremely unprofessional and very odd. Won't be back, Meijer is a few blocks down and cheaper."
