"SO disappointed with my delivery this evening. Cold fries. My chicken sandwich was DROWNING in sauce to the point that the breading was soggy, making it completely inedible. I paid for additional chicken nugget sauces and not only didn’t get those but didn’t even get the ones I chose for my daughter’s meal. And my soda was so watered down it was virtually brown water. The worst service I have ever received from a Carmel fast food location. Ever. Oh, and I tipped…for that."
"I wouldn't normally do a review of a McDonald's. Although this was very hard to reach from the roads but I believe that's on the city not on McDonald's. I went to the drive-thru and got what I thought was Superior Service and my hash browns were crispy and my McMuffin was exceedingly fresh"

"Worst McDonald’s customer experience ever!!! This location does not understand customer service Ordered. Paid. Did not request receipt (big mistake). Went to pick up order. It was wrong. Told woman at pick up what we ordered and what was on screen when ordered. The very rude woman argued with us trying to collect additional money telling us we did not order frappe but a coke. We ordered frappe not coke. She argued with us to the point that we requested to speak to the manager. We we told to go to pick up 2. The same woman came to that pick up and continued to argue with us. No manager came came to the window. If the woman we were dealing with was the manager she did not say. If she was the manager, she should not be. Shame on the manager for not coming to speak to us. Exasperated at this point we asked the impertinent woman for our money back and will not be returning to this McDonalds. McDonald’s in general is declining in every aspect. I have rewards app and find it frustrating to navigate. Resent the med for tracking location. Seems to be a violation of privacy."
"Just your average McDonald’s, the store was more modern and well appointed. However I like to give an honest assessment. I used the restroom and went to wash my hands but there was no water. What was more troublesome than that, was that there looking me in the face. Was a noticeably posted sign saying. “ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS”(really ?) I ate with great trepidation."
