"Who closes down an entire store for 20 minutes for a shift change? I tried to walk in was told the “new norm is they close for 20 minutes for a shift change “ Very inconvenient and just a weird time and thing to do…at first I thought the store was being robbed or a joke when someone was blocking the door and then locked it saying they are closed for 20 minutes for a shift change, it’s the new norm."

"We have been ordering kegs from Demotte Liquor for two years. We would call to place the order and come pick it up/pay within a week. Never had an issue. Called a week and a half ago to place an order and the girl on the phone said she would let the manager know to order it, took down my name and phone number and said they would call me when it came in. After not receiving a call over a week later I called today to see if it came in. I was asked if I had paid for the keg and I said no. I was than told that a deposit has to be made prior to being able to order one in. When I explained that was never how it was handle over the past two years I was told it's new management and the new rule. I can respect that they changed protocol but why wasn't I instructed about this when I called in the order originally? And if that employee was unaware than why didn't the manager call me to explain? They had my name and number and here we waited thinking it was on order when in reality it was never even ordered."
