"As you walk in the door the atmosphere is very welcoming. Instructors and classmates are friendly, and many classes are family oriented. The lady at the front desk can answer any questions you have and give you a print out of class schedules. Ask about competitive training if interested! The instructors lead educational classes on technique and have workouts based on overall health, not just fighting. The Shaolin Institute Mobile AL offers Kung Fu, kickboxing, and Tai Chi."
