"I had a special need nonverbal relative that was admitted to the ER, The young lady that assist him at the Group home was not Permitted to be with him, It was up to two hours before she was permitted to come to the back. He’s not understanding what’s going on. I believe the people at the front desk did not, understand non-verbal patients need to have their caregivers with them. When I reached him, (A relative )the caregiver explained to me what was happening and I feel like it’s my duty to informed you. I’m grateful for all the work that you all do, maybe there needs to be some more training for the Front of the house and back. Understanding people with special needs need day caregivers with them at all time That was totally unacceptable and then the nurse comes in and hand him urinal. He doesn’t know what to do with the urinal. Because the caregiver was back there, she helped him . I’m thankful for the doctors and the nurses and all the hard work you all do sometimes we need to have a bit more passion"

"If you didn't have an infection when you got here you will when you leave. This is after 11 days. Not one floor was mopped and the thing that they put the IV needles or needles in is totally full. You're lucky if you get a clean blanket and you're even lucky if you get to sleep with the blanket with your bile on it. I am totally disgusted. My baby deserves better than this even though he doesn't have insurance. He is a human being and he's dying of cancer and he has to sleep on a green pillowcase,etc"

"Daughter went in with multiple issues. First Dr was concerned and then they decided after getting about 5 major patients to just do urine test. Dropped the ball. Before I have gave them a 5 star but now a 1 star is being too generous!!!!!! I am very upset. Unprofessional never took her back after we waited 11.5 hours!!!! She fell too and they never even looked at it. I will not be returning!!!!!!"

"I had my first child here a few months ago as well as my monthly pregnancy appointments. On one of my last appointments my child's heart rate was beating tremendously fast and then suddenly slow on the monitor. My doctor told me it was fine and sent me home. When I finally went in labor I ended up having to have an emergency c section due to her heart rate dropping. I also lost alot of blood and almost died. Also, my child's father was not allowed in the room while they performed it. That was very disappointing for him. I and my child could have died. I will NOT be having another child here!"

"I have had an ER visit, several procedures and a major surgery in the last two months. I can say without a doubt I have been treated so wonderfully but USA Health! I appreciate the kindness and care I have received. Dr. Richards and his staff from the office to medical team have been amazing. Thank you so much!"
