"I felt like the cashier was very unfriendly. There were these valentine gnomes on the shelf 2 weeks after Valentine's day, all the Valentine's items were discounted 75%, except for the gnomes. Why were the gnomes not discounted?"
"It's hot in the store. It's been hot for four months. The manager doesn't care, says corporate controls the heat. So I asked the DM today when she came in. She laughed in my face. I tried telling her I'm disabled and the heat makes it difficult for me to work there, she cut me off to laugh at me some more. I then gave my two week notice, and was going home for the night. They told me I was no longer needed. To the people complaining it's not open on time, it's not open because they can't keep help. They pay two dollars an hour less than everywhere else, and they don't appreciate their workers. Trust me, it's 90° in there. That heating bill has got to be huge."
"Store opens at 9am I got to the store at 9am. And the store was closed lights off and no one here.. falsified advertising!!! If you put open at 9am to 9pm go by it!!! I even waited for 5 min and still no one came .,"
"Clearance sale going on. Banners, balloons, etc. Cash register didn't Ring up clearance prices marked on items I was purchasing. Cashier refused to change the prices. Argued that I was wrong in requesting the markdowns. Then refused me service. Other customers even told her she was wrong. Whatever happened to " The customer is always right.""
