"We have a postman that is stealing our packages by claiming that the house we live at is VACANT, he didnt even stop at 4 houses including ours. We've been living in the same house for 4 years with vehicles in the yard. Post office won't answer the phone bc they to busy doing nothing. They need to put "0" stars bc that is what they truly need. I hate liars and thieves and that is what the post office is."

"I would give no stars if I could. Mail carriers have suddenly decided that leaving packages in the driveway in plain view of the street is acceptable, aside from, Lord forbid DOING YOUR JOB and leaving it on my porch. Just walk the extra 10 yards and quit being lazy. When confronted, I was told "They tell us to leave it by the mailbox." I ask why the sudden change, as I know it's out of laziness, he just said "Imma see what I can do." Since then, I have had 3 packages rained on, 2 of which were ruined, and of course they won't take responsibility. All of this could be prevented if they would do their job correctly. Their building is also filthy, the staff is rude and the mail carriers are incompetant and lazy. Just use UPS if you can. No wonder the postal service is going bankrupt."

"Had a package shipped by express mail. The carrier delivered it to the wrong address. We attempted to all the post officer and no one would answer. Went to the post office and they would not even give the supervisors full name or I.D. number. What a joke. Its not wonder they are going bankrupt."

"This garbage dump needs to be hit by a meteor. I ordered hatching eggs (i.e., eggs with LIVE embryos inside for incubation). Seller marked the package very clearly as "HOLD FOR PICKUP". Eggs shipped Wednesday, arrive at the post office as expected on Friday, but instead of being held at the PO, they were out for delivery at 7 AM! All right, whatever, I think, I'll just wait for it to be delivered today. Except the package was never delivered. Sometime in the middle of the night the tracking gets updated to "ALERT, NO DELIVERY SCAN". Yeah, duh, the idiot mailman not only took it out for delivery when he should have left it at the post office, but then he decided to just keep it in the truck instead of delivering it. Next day is Saturday, there's no update until 11:42 AM (PO closes at 11, how convenient), when the package again turns up at the PO. Someone calls me at 3 PM, and when I try to call back no one answers. Great. Sunday goes by, PO closed, can't go get the package. Get there first thing Monday morning, they can't find the package. Am told to come back in a few hours. Sure, why not? It's not like I have anything better to do than make multiple trips to the PO. I come back, they finally find the package after like 30 minutes of searching. Of course, barely any of the eggs made it, but PO takes no responsibility for that. Oh, and to add insult to injury, I had baby chicks shipped on Wednesday, supposed to get here Friday. It's now Saturday, the PO has no idea where they are. Baby chicks can only survive 72 without food and water, so I'll probably be making a trip to the PO next week to pick up a box full of little dead bodies. Don't waste your time with this PO, you're better off burning a stack of money in your driveway than paying these jag offs to repeatedly lose your mail."
