"Went through the drive thru. I was expecting a wait due to it being dinner time. Was told it would be an extra 7 minutes to get said food after paying. When we inquired as to why the long wait the associate blamed it on not having food prepared for the dinner rush. Mind you there was only 5 cars total in the parking drive thru with no one inside eating. After a 15 minute wait time we got cold fries and sliders with cheese, son is lactose intolerant, after requesting no cheese. The associate passive aggressively handed us our bags and stormed off throwing her hands up in the air like we did something wrong."
"I was absolutely surprised at the sincere welcoming of the entire staff when I arrived. A gentleman named Blake greeted me and asked how my day was and looked forward to making my experience one to remember. His manager Deena took over the ordering and she made helpful suggestions and honestly at a time when it's so hard to receive good service with prices so high I was treated as if they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my food and the visit there. Certainly made me want to ensure I stop here again in the future. The bathrooms were immaculate and the restaurant was extremely tidy and clean."
"I ordered no onions had onions on it and they told us that they scrape them off. Idk why, I thought they cook the the meat and then put the bread and stuff together. The bread was so soggy tons of mustard on it and I hate onions and I tasted them. I know why most Krystal are closed down not I guess."

"Who woulda thunk it!?!? A Bbq Krystal in Northern Ala. Yep!! We had to stop and try it and it was delicious. The meat was moist and favlorful. Not bits or scraps real pulled pork with plenty of smokey bbq flavor. Def a treat and surprise."
