"This place needs a visit from the health department. I work for door dash and this place has nasty bathrooms no sop no paper towels or anything of the sort in its restrooms. The place looks nasty and could seriously use some updates and a makeover. I pick up from here and I can't figure out how in the living of days this place is still open. Hygiene is everything in a restaurant and this is one place I will never eat."
"The review’s were enough for me to cancel my order yesterday. Something told me to take a look at the reviews lol. A 4.0 with 350 review ratings doesn’t mean that the food is good. It just means some people have piss poor taste. I believe the last 20 recent (credible) comments because they have pictures to back up their reviews. Good thing that I didn’t order here because I’m not the type that’s nice and calm when it comes to my food not being correct or prepared properly. So yes this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and DESPICABLE!!!"
"Seemed convenient and a good idea, service was nice and location was convenient. The only thing that didn’t taste weird was the crab wonton. The noodles that you had to pay extra for to get as a side were raw on the inside, and the rice and both meats were greasier than the burger I had to get from the hotel for dinner because I couldn’t eat the meal without making my stomach turn."
"I ordered food from Hibachi Express from the Decatur, AL location yesterday and it was the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken (sesame chicken and lo mein noodles) was not fresh and was extremely overcooked to where it wasn’t edible. It was very “chewy” for some reason and it also had a weird texture to it. I don’t even think it was chicken. The lo mein noodles weren’t fresh and were too salty. I’m not sure what’s going on with the food but the owners really need to step it up! This is unacceptable! Whoever is cooking the food needs to be removed because he/she really doesn’t care. Please don’t waste your money or time at this restaurant."
