"I came here to meet with a classmate to work on a school project together for 3 and a half hours, and no one tried to kick us out! (Made me super happy) I had an orange scone for breakfast, and it was delicious! My friend got the blueberry muffin and the creamy tomato basil, either an advacdo sandwich, I believe, and he loved them! Employees were so friendly! If you're looking for a place to study or do some work and want out of the house, go to Panera!"
"Delta Jones is such a warm and welcoming worker. She brightens everyone's day as soon as they walk through the door. She is even a hero. One day while I was at Panera, my blood sugar dropped critically low. Delta gave me something sweet to eat and checked on me until I was able to function again. Delta saved my life that day, and I am eternally grateful."
"I seem to order here frequently! Every time I order coffee through the sip club program, it has grains in it. I visit other Panera bread restaurants without having this problem of grains in my coffee. Also when I order through the app, my coffee cup is never ready when I get there. So I end up putting my order in an hour ahead just to make sure it's ready when I get there!"
"No baked goods! Ordered family pack, no cinnamon rolls, ordered chocolate chip cookies none were available when I got there. They had 4 items other than bagels for dessert. This has happened several times in the past 6 months. Also have been out of the energy tea. Food is way too expensive to be out of everything!!"
