"I TRIED to get information and buy or order the bases I need to seal a couple of building floors, but guy who answered the phone couldn't have been more rude even if his actual job was to be rude to people. I wouldn't go to this place if they were giving the product away and endure being spoken down to in that manner."

"First and foremost everyone needs to understand this location is a commercial contractor store. Definitely not a place to come if you are a homeowner needing to match a gallon of paint. They can do that for you but you have to understand That they deal with huge quantity orders and that's what this store is built to do. If you need help selecting paints or colors you may be better off at a different store. But I like PPG products and this is a good store for contractors"

"Horrible Customer Service! If I could give this zero stars I would. The managers at this location are very unhelpful and rude. I bought a painting product that is used on cabinets. I purchased it on the weekend before closing that day. When I got to the job site to paint the cabinets I noticed one of the gallon of paint was bad. I took it back to the store to explain that I wanted a refund or at least an exchange. One of the managers was quick to respond saying no without even listening to my concern. He was very rude about it. He made seem like if I was lying. I understand that it wasn't their fault but perhaps the product came defected from the factory. It was just the way the employees and managers handle the situation. As I can see , I am not the only one that has experienced really bad customer service from this exact location. I hope PPG looks into this management at this store and resolves the bad customer service given here. They will keep losing business if it goes on the way it is with those employees and managers. I will not be purchasing any product from this store. Don't waste your time there!"

"Assistant manager was very unhelpful. I had talked to the manager earlier in the week come in to get some of the things I had talked about that need to be ordered. And he refused to help me. Obviously wasn't interested in my business. Wanting to send a salesperson to my location. I was into the store to purchase product Here and Now not next week when it sells person can come out. Especially after spending 30 minutes on the phone talking to the manager about my project."

"Probably being generous giving this store two stars. Unless you are a contractor making a big purchase or you know precisely all the designations of the paint you're after, these folks can't help you and don't care to. Even though I bought the exact same paint at this store the previous year and needed another gallon, they could find no reference, could not determine from the paint number and name what I needed, nor seemed interested in helping me determine what I needed. Tony left me leaving dissatisfied and empty-handed. A wasted trip. Had to go to another store. Avoid this place!"
