"They need to fire the lady that draws blood. She will barely put the tourniquet on your arm and then proceed to, obviously, have a hard time drawing your blood. If you complain, she will refuse to draw your blood the next time you need labs done. You’ll have to go to the outpatient clinic at Regional, which isn’t far away but it’s still a hassle having to get the paper from the clinic and then drive to the outpatient lab."

"I love Dr. Nacilla, he is a fantastic doctor. He took such great care of my MIL through both her cancers and he has managed my low iron very well. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful, could not ask for nicer people. Also the NP is super nice. I've never once felt uncomfortable here like I have at a lot of other places."

"I got referred by my doctor to this place for blood work. This doctor may know what he is doing but he is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. Laughing in someone’s face the entire time."

"I have medicare due to kidney failure. My husbands company dropped spouses. No one will let a dialysis patient buy insurance, no one. The one Dr. Told me, let's due this expensive med. No we should not take out the kidney. I told him about my lack of insurance. He spoke to the other Dr. Who came in and said you should have it taken out, but at the Dr that took the first one out 7 years ago. In other words the only want medicade patients or people with good ins. Unlike hospitals who can't turn me away. Unfair, unprofessional, prejudice, are ppl getting the best treatment or the treatment that makes them the most money from ins. Companies?"
