"My family decided to change PCP and was told Dr. Andersons office was great. We did not even get the pleasure of meeting her, and I hate to even give such a rating. But the whole process of getting switched over just to find out my 15 year old son is not even able to be seen there after months of waiting. I also had to wait 2 months for an approval at 1st, then another month for an appointment after that. That is a little ridiculous if you ask me. This should be something that is said up front or posted on the website. I even went in person and spoke to Beverly and this was not something that was mentioned until the day I tried to call and make a appointment for my son."
