"The prices is cheaper but the services sucks.... I was told that I had rejected car renter and Towing coverage and that's a lie. Also when I was shown my paperwork I was shown rejecting medical ands upon my DEATH no coverage....Really? I came from a brand name companies and my lawyer asked the names of the last companies and my coverage there. The only reason I walked away from my last insurance company the prices kept going up so now I will pay and not complain. Signatures are real and I know for a FACT I WOULDN'T have rejected anything for medical upon my DEATH. I'm all about business since I own one. These people are rip off and Safeway is already questioning the behavior and quickly letting me know they're independent agencies. I never felt so naked without auto coverage I requested at the time of service and to be told I rejected medical and a $10 add for car renter and Towing is insane with insanity. A Joke! I should have known when I walk through the door was I dealing with a insurance company or a thrift store..... that should have been my first sign that this place was not the type of company I ever dealt with..... if you are insurance company you sell insurance not the scenery of a thrift store. The fight is easy and I will win the war......"
