"Can I give this dentist 10 stars instead of 5? :) My husband and I are catching up on all of the standard yearly appointments we missed in the chaos of 2020, and we've visited quite a number of medical providers here in North Alabama after relocating from Colorado. Out of all of the appointments, I've only found 2 local providers who offered a standard of care that matched what we experienced with our former providers in the Denver area, and this fantastic dentist is one of them! Dr. Cole must be incredibly busy, as he is the most in-demand dentist I've heard about from my neighbors and online research, but he certainly didn't show it during our first visit. He took time out to truly listen, explain, and inform. The technology in the office is also modern and on par with the most advanced dental practices I've visited outside of Alabama, and our hygienists were a joy to talk with during our cleanings. Dr. Cole also took extra time in my case to address a question, and he didn't even charge me for an additional x-ray and his time spent recommending options. Wow! Additionally, this lovely office runs like a well oiled machine, even with the challenges of COVID-19 protocols in addition to the standard forms and billing elements they always need to handle for each patient. I was pleasantly surprised to login to my dental insurance portal only a couple of days later to see all charges for both of our appointments accurately billed (100% covered by dental insurance in our case) and completed so quickly. I usually offer a PRO/CON list in reviews like this, but I cannot think of a single negative here. Athens is very lucky to have Dr. Cole and his wonderful team, and I highly recommend!"
