The UPS Store 7956 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, AL 36116

"up until now, I have been using this location for all of my shipping needs primarily because it's convenient to where I live, and my packages were always delivered as stated. Recently, I sent a package by my husband to be shipped out of state. Although I had an address label affixed to the package, the clerk entered the wrong zip code which generated a completely different city. I realize my husband should have caught it, but this should have never happened had the clerk been attentive to her job. In addition to the clerk's error, everything she told me she would do to help rectify the problem, she never did. I ended up having to go to the main processing center (which defeats the purpose of having a ups access point). The clerk and her manager were very helpful, and were able to promptly resolve the issue. I will not be using the UPS store on Vaughn Rd. anymore as I do not trust them with my packages. I will try other locations or the U.S. postal service."

"I use this location quite often the staff members are always super helpful. I cannot remember the young man’s name, he was most helpful to me on 3 different occasions. I will make it my business to get his name next time! Thank you for great customer service!"

"Absolutely terrible worker attitude, could not see her name, her hair was covering her name, but I visited the store Saturday the 8th of March around 10:15 and the employee was awful. Extremely rude, very condescending, you could tell she was being put out by waiting on me…go to Eastchase store much better and cleaner."

"Every time that I visit this location, certain employees have the worst attitude and customer service skills! I visited on yesterday to complete an Amazon return and the girl assisting me was extremely rude and talked to me as if I was a child. Needless to say I went elsewhere to process my return and will not be using this particular UPS store again. I would rather drive out of my way for decent and friendly customer service than to deal with the rudeness and lack of professionalism that these employees have."

"I was spoken to like I was stupid and was being put on the spot. There was a mix up on my Amazon account for my returns and I could tell that the cashier didn’t have the patience and then she eventually raised her voice at me which made me feel anxious. When she finally toned down, I couldn’t even look or speak to her after that embarrassment! It wasn’t until I showed her what was going on that she realized it but I felt embarrassed anyway because there were other people standing around watching including her co workers. Update: Since my last visit, this one particular cashier with the head wrap ignores me when I talk to her and it happened twice so I’ll have to drive further from my home just to go to UPS now for better service. I’m going to go ahead and report to corporate."
