"Went to get a stain blocker to cover a red painted walls in a bathroom. The assistant manager really helped by knowing what I needed to keep the red from bleeding through the white that I'm painting over it. All the employee's are knowledgeable and very friendly."
"I had a frustrating experience with this store. Throughout this year (despite all the covid restrictions) I have purchased many products in various paint stores without a mask. Today as I visited this store I was asked to wear a mask (despite my saying that I can not). Instead of politely letting me know that she could not serve me in the store without a mask, the sales clerk rudely told me that she refused to serve me. She did offer to serve me from my vehicle but at that point, after her rude behavior I determined to visit a different store. I felt that her behavior was not customer oriented. I think that there should be clear signage refusing service to those of us that cannot wear a mask so as to avoid embarrassing and frustrating situations for their customers."
"Terrible. Took some paint back and wanted to trade it out for a different color and she mixed the new color with the paint I bought back just had the color I brought back for a week just used a brush full of it. Hope it comes out right"
"On multiple occasions when I have gone in to my nearest location they have not had enough of the base needed for my paint in stock, or they haven't had it in 5 gallon buckets if I want a lot. However the staff have always made it work out for me. The employees have always honored discounts past the end date if they were waiting to get what I need back in stock, and on some other occasions they have come up with other solutions, but it would of course be easier to be able to get exactly what I planned on the first time I stop by. In short, great service, but I've had problems with stocking."
"The guy that waited on me was very friendly. The problem was he could not find the paint I wanted which was on sale. The computer showed they had 5 gallons but know where to be found. I ended up having to get a different kind that was about $20 more."
