"It is incredibly irresponsible to fill a pool full of water without any sort of barrier to keep children in the neighborhood safe and I'm one of the residents that called the town about it. Hundreds of children drown in residential pools each year. Just search the internet for "child drowns in neighbor's pool" and see how many results pop up. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon. It is concerning that your company would expose itself and the homeowners to such a huge liability, as both parties could be held liable for any sort of injury or death resulting from that situation under the attractive nuisance doctrine. Add in that you leave such unprofessional responses to reviews online and well.. yikes."

"**In response to your highly unprofessional reply...I have attached a photo of the "wheel barrel of dirt" as you seem to think it is. I drew a line down the property line, since you can not be bothered to come to the job site and take responsibility to meet with me or research the lot lines like a real company. I contacted you on june 9th and spoke to Steve and told him they were piling dirt on our property. It is now June 29th and not only is the 4 ft wall of dirt stretching our entire property line still on on our side, it is now even further towards our fence. We own 7.5 feet behind our fence line. As a "professional" company, the second you dug a giant hole in that yard which is located right off the sidewalk in a neighborhood full of small children, a barrier should have been erected. But no. Then you go and fill the pool with water and still NO barrier. Of course you are going to get the township called on you, because you are continuing to endanger every single child in this neighborhood including my own. And more than one neighbor reported you. If you would like to come "rate" me, come knock on my door so I can show you where our property line is and let me know your plan to remove the dirt asap.... and you may want to bring more than a wheel barrow. ******************************************** Only bad neighbors will use this company. They are building a pool behind us, and they have encroached on my property by throwing mounds of dirt on my land. They then went and put up a barrier, restricting me from my property in the back. The company refuses to answer calls or take any responsibility for what they are doing."

"Blue Dolphin put my pool in May of 2020 and everything went decently well, but since then the service has been absolutely terrible! My liner was defective and had a seam separation in fall of 2022. The technician took 4 weeks to actually put the liner in, sometimes showing up for less than an hour to work. When the liner was completed there were 6-7 spots where the bead was not in the track. Since the liner was "completed" my pool light in the shallow end has not worked properly at all. I have made 4-5 calls to the service department only to get an irritated voice on the other end that has said EVERY SINGLE time she would put me on the list for the light and liner repair. Here we are 6 months later and no one has showed up. I would recommend calling just about anyone else for your pool installation needs!"

"My parents bought an in ground pool years ago (not long after Blue dolphin opened) and I have never had a problem with anything that has come up. I now own the house/pool and will have to replace the liner and board next spring and I have no worries about replacing anything needed. Super nice and wouldn’t go anywhere else."
