"Misty is very rude. We order a sectional from Ashley. And the first time the delivery people said it wouldn’t fit in the apartment. Then we reached backed out and schedule another delivery and they refused to take it upstair. And then left our furniture outside when it was snowing. Then I called to talk to Misty and she got rude and said what did you do screw up the walls and yelled and hung up on me. I was just trying to explain to her that the sectional fit in my apartment and that I wanted an apology for all the hassle and she was so mad that her and her delivery crew were in the wrong. Do not order from Ashley. Unless you want to deal with rude people and have your furniture left outside in the unpredictable weather."
