"We used to love going to Best Buy in Kokomo. However, I have been in there several times over the past year or two, each time walking out not having purchased anything. There are always plenty of employees, but never anyone who asks to help us. Often, there is a group of employees at the front of the store just chatting, playing around, or flirting with each other. It is as if they deliberately avoid interacting with customers. I will no longer try to purchase something there, and I am very sorry to say that."
"Probably the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. They list items in stock that are not. The place is generally unkept and needs cleaning. And the employees will just talk to each other near the front rather than helping customers. And when you do ask them anything you’ll get to wait another 15 minutes for them to get an answer then another 30 for them to get the product."
"Went in after Christmas to take advantage of the after Christmas sales on televisions. I had a question for the sales associate but I never did get a chance to ask it because he was too busy chitchatting with someone about nothing whatsoever to do with electronics for about 15 minutes so I eventually pulled the television I wanted off the top rack and then proceeded to push it across the floor towards the register when another associate noticed me and came to my rescue (big television... "mature" woman). Once assisted by the second associate everything went great. He even loaded it in my car. For all I know the other guy is still yammering away."
