"I had previously been to their Muncie location and was not very impressed. Here is an awesome experience each and every time. I have had lovely conversations with several employees here that want to help. I was shocked by how friendly and informative their customer service is, and the information they have been able to provide me with. They started a rewards system which is great. The merchandise is really good. There's some things that aren't amazing, but the steal deals are always here. I have bought a ton of new with tag items for an extreme discount. I personally think this is the best place in Kokomo to get bang for your buck."
"Not happy. If you close at 7pm then close at 7pm. You posted heaters. I need one. Here at 6:30 and the door is locked. I will just spend my money elsewhere. Thanks!"
"This store sells lower quality items, much like a dollar store. Their shelves and their merchandise are very disorganized, as things are literally just thrown on to shelves in no order whatsoever. Don't waste your time going here. If you're looking for a deal, opt for one of Kokomo's many dollar stores instead."
"I had the worst customer service experience. I had items in my cart and shopped for about an hour. When I went to check out they told me the items had already been sold. They wouldn’t allow me to purchase the items even though I had the items in my cart well before the other person purchased all 278 items… all I wanted was 9 items. I asked for a discount on my other items which they wouldn’t do. They wouldn’t sell me the items and refund the other customer even though I was there prior to the other person. Horrible customer service"
