"On February 1 I called Indianapolis supply about a collector box gasket from my carrier pain furnace. I told the clerk to answer the phone. I have a part number I think will work but you need to check it for me first. He asked me for my model number of my furnace. he called when it was in and I went to pick it up. It looked too big but I took it anyway because I had to pay for it when I got home. Against the furnace and there’s no way I could use that. It was in the packaging that I received it in . I called and spoke to the person. I originally did explain the situation he said, under no circumstance will we take returns . He said you gave me the part number and I said I did as well as the model number and asked you to look it up to make sure. He said no circumstances they take returns. I explained to him that I’m on a fixed income income because I’m retired, trying to do this myself to say. He said well I’m still not gonna take it back. Greatly disappointed in this company. . That’s why I gave them just one star. If I could’ve not put any, I would’ve submitted a review with no stars."

"Called to find out if they had a capacitor in stock and the gentleman stated they did. However, when I asked about the price he stated he would need to take it up the register to find out. I politely asked if he could check the price for me and that I was willing to be placed on hold but he quickly told me NO as he was to busy to go to register to check the price on the part. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I rather go to Shorty’s as he was more than willing to provide me all the info + price even if did not have it in stock but could order it."
