"The receptionist had an attitude when I called to switch physicians. She offered to transfer me to the physician so I can leave a voicemail, and while I was in the middle of talking and thanking her, she hung up on me without saying a word. Needless to say I will not actually be scheduling any appointments here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have checked the reviews before trying this place again anyway, it’s no wonder there are less than 4 stars already."

"I was referred to Dr. Mary Wells from my previous doctor for my last pregnancy. We had a fantastic experience with her and her nurses from start to finish. Dr. Mary is so friendly and she listened to every single question, comment and concern I voiced. She told me I could ask for anything at all when it came to my birth plan even if it was "weird" and she was cool with it as long as me and the baby were safe. I had armed myself with all the knowledge that my research could provide and was 100% ready to stand my ground and not be talked into anything I didn't really want, like being induced when it wasn't medically necessary. Well....all that turned out to be moot because she was so attentive and kind and listened to everything I wanted/needed. When the ultrasound techs noticed how big my baby was, people kept telling me that they are usually really off and he probably won't be that big. Dr. Mary assured me that they were extremely accurate. After several discussions on the risk/benefits of a C section, we decided that would be the safest outcome for us both. We were right because my son was over 10lbs at birth and he wasn't coming out the traditional doorway. She took great care of us and even my C section scar is straight and tidy and small; which I appreciate immensely on this side of everything. We are now pregnant with our second son and all our visits have been equally as smooth."

We had to have a C-section which was not in our original vision. Dr. Wells gently guided us with sound logic and knowledge from previous experiences to accept a C-section delivery. With my son’s size, it was the right decision. My wife was well cared for from start to finish. Dr. Wells is upbeat and friendly too! Our second boy will be delivered by her."
