"I arrived before they had opened on a sat June 3,2023. They are open on weekends but not 24/7. I walked over around 7:15 am Joey was in & took my information & said he would call as soon as the tec came in at 7:30 which was Todd. Very nice people I had went in because of a engine light that was on & was advised by my company to do b/c of the code that was popping up on there end. They were very friendly, & did everything to try & fix the issue which they were not able to the part I needed was on back order but they still went above & beyond to try & locate & fix the issue. I was able to make it to my terminal in Wi safely & get the issue fixed there. But they gave me the re assurance of being able to make it there by doing what they did! Many Tecs / machines I’ve met in the past don’t put in the amount of effort they did nor don’t have the customer skills they did. If I have issues going through Indiana again this will be my 2 go shop."
