"Very disappointed in an insurance job they done for me through the kubota insurance that I bought with the tractor. Door glass was to be replaced and it was returned with a hammered out and spray painted door handle. Have video of them picking the tractor up with no visible damage to the handle but let's say that it was damaged as they tell me "every door glass they replaced needed the handle replaced or bent back"..... then replace it. Its an insurance job and I wouldn't except a 10k car back from a body shop with spray paint and hammer marks so why should I except that my 40k tractor was sent back like this? I expressed that I wasn't happy but I did so nicely and there is no offer to get it rite only excuses. Its a $146 (seriously, $146 is the whole problem i guess) part from Messicks online and sadly as I would rather do local business I will be fixing it myself."
