"When I walked in, five people without masks were immediately visible. I was in the minority in wearing one. Businesses should be holding their customers to their mark policies. It keeps people safe and comfortable. If a business has a sign outside requiring masks, then they should be enforcing it like they would a "no shirt, no shoes, no service" sign."
"I used to love this store and its prices. For the past year, the customer service, employees, and cleanliness has gone to a disgusting level. I bought some feed that was on sale, but it turns out the stock workers placed it under the wrong sign. When brought to the manager's attention, they said they can't discount it at all, even if it was their fault. The floors have more sticky stuff than a fairground, and everyone from the manager down, has an awful attitude, everytime. Even if just asking about where something is located. The manager rolled her eyes, it took 5 different trips of walking from one worker to another to find out what I needed to do, and not a single employee came to my aid. This is a very common practice in stores. I don't understand what the issue was. Things like this happen every time I enter this place, to the point where I have bad vibes and just never go here anymore. The entire atmosphere feels like everyone hates there jobs. I even had one employee tell me she was scared to make any decisions, or spend too much time helping me because she would get in trouble. What?? And the carelessness has attracted the young generation of obnoxious kids, goofing off, being loud, and never end up buying a thing. This is no longer a few times. This is the past 6 or 7 times I've gone here. I'm not impressed with the service, employees, or the immature high school hangout it has become."
