"Good tires, bad service. Went in for an alignment and was notified that it was done. The steering wheel was still not straight and would try to take the steering wheel out of your hands while turning. Now the edges of my tires are worn. Took to tiemans and they fixed it."
"Would give 0 stars if possible. By far worst experience ever at a place of business. Needed brakes on all 4 and they said only front did. Obviously they did not look at them. Spent 1800$ on front brakes and tires and 1 of directional tires was on wrong and they told us we needed an appointment to fix it. If you value good work , do not go to Big O in Bedford. Week after we went there rear brakes started squeaking. Bad all around experience"
"I had such a great experience here today! I came in without an appointment and they took my car right away. The people at the desk were so kind and the service was very quick. Also, I walked away with a bill much cheaper than I expected. I will be a return customer for sure!"
