"I am very displeased with this location. I called at 11:45 this morning asking for an update on my car. I dropped it off last night for an oil change and to have them run a test to see why my check engine light came on. They told me they were done with the oil change and that they were getting ready to do my engine diagnostic test. I waited 3-4 hours just for a response. I called at 2:45 and nobody answered the phone. I called again at about 3:15 and they said that my test came back and explained to me what was wrong. They then told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to take my car to a Chevy or GM dealership. My car is not a Ford car. It is a Pontiac, but they have always done everything they could to fix my car. I wouldn't be as mad about it if I didn't wait 4 hours just for them to call me back. They told me they weren't going to charge me a diagnostic test fee since I waited for four hours for a call back when the car was done in the garage the whole time. I am on my way now to pick it up. I guess I will see if they are being truthful about that! I will never be back to this place again!!! Update: I got there and they told me my oil change hadn't even happened yet even though somebody told me the oil change was done at 11:45 a.m. I confronted the man over it and he basically threw a hissy fit and said "I never said that!!!! I was on my lunch break!!" And I said, "Somebody did!" He told me it would never happen again. I told him "Don't worry. I won't be back!" I ended up getting my oil change for free."
