"My appt was at 1:00, I didn't get called to a room until 2:03 and I didn't see the doctor until 2:15p. The wait was absolutely ridiculous! I was not pleased at all, overall."

"Dr. Fraser is located in Saraland at Infirmary Health. I needed an appointment immediately and the staff worked me in. My wait time was not bad and the waiting room was comfortable. If you get cold easily bring a sweater as the facility is cool. Dr. Fraser listened to what my concerns were and acted accordingly. She is patient and didn't rush me."

She has a genuine care that reminds one of the doctors care that has transpired down through the years, with patience, advice, follow-ups, correct medication for the problem at hand, correct test, and innovated new methods that can be remedied as positive and true. This is an excellent doctor who has a good and caring staff as each demonstrate the best that health care has to offer."

"I will start by saying the staff here is very friendly, the environment is clean (as should be expected), and I would even go as far as to say once you are finally seen by the doctor the care is adequate. Here's the problem...if you don't have an entire day to sit around in a freezing cold waiting room then don't bother making an appointment. I have had only morning appointments here, I have been the first patient of the day...where I sat for more than 30 min waiting then heard the doc finally show up for work. This most recent visit I waited almost an hour (55 min) past my appointment time before the doc even came in...mind you I was the second or third appointment of the day. These wait times are absurd and I feel that the doctors in this office don't respect their patient's time as they desire theirs to be expected."
