"Can't get them on the phone. Had an abcess from a crown they did. Instead of getting me antibiotics I was told by the receptionist just take 4 ibuprofen we can't see you for 3 days. So I went to Northcutt and they did an excellent job as a walk in and same day service."

"When I made my first appointment I made it VERY CLEAR that I was not interested in any services that my insurance did not cover. A year later this facility is still harassing me over $16 that I do not have and they were informed of in the beginning prior to any services being conducted. They called me this morning to remind me yet again and when I tried to explain she rudely hung up in my face. Very poor customer service. They also changed an appointment without my knowledge and acted as if I was at fault. But don't worry about forgetting your appointment either as they will text you every day and also call, very annoying !!!"
