"I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Dismissive, rude, uncaring. Wait time is ridiculous over the phone and in office. Bryan Crenshaw and his nurse were very rushed and gruff with me. Most unhelpful, over-complicated doctors office I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t go back there if they paid me. Even releasing their records to my new doctor is like jumping through hoops. Don’t waste your energy, time, and money."

"Convenient location to my home, but the wait time is horrendous. I was 5 months pregnant with symptoms of wheezing and shortness of breath. I waited over an hr before I left bc everyone else who had arrived after me were being taken to the back."

"When they find out you're prescribed Suboxone they treat you inhumane. Recovering addicts should just dry up and die according to the way act & deny proper medical care to people. The doctor also didn't even have the knowledge of the symptoms of some common medical conditions. That hospital is a sad joke."

"Just terrible we sat for 6 hours with my dad doubled over in pain in the waiting room saying they trying to get a bed for him they finally call us back and they have like 10 empty rooms/ beds and the nurses is sitting at the desk with there feet kicked up eating fruit ..I mean really people!! You call yourself professionals just super poor service all around .. someone is going to die in that waiting room one guy was on his knees gasping for air begging for a breathing treatment a she just smarted off to him and said sir this is a waiting room and walked away"

"If I could give a zero rating I would. Every time I've been there it's been the longest wait while they sit around on their phones. This time was no different. We never even made it to the back this time. My 2 year old grandson had a 101.3 fever, elevated heart rate, vomiting and rash on his body. We got there at 5:30 pm and waited until 8:30 in the waiting room. He had his temp checked, weight machine did not work and I had to tell her to check his heart rate because it was beating so fast. Her reply was "oh yeah good idea". Really? I expect way more from health professionals. He was never even offered Tylenol for his fever but left there for hours waiting. He's 2!! We finally left and chose a better facility. Will not go there again. Completely unprofessional and negligent."
