"I stopped by this afternoon to get a rental application and find out more information about their apartments. I went into the office and the lady I came across directed me to the office on the right. I assume she was the office manager. She was polite and I had no issues with her but the first lady I came across asked me was that my car parked in handicapped. I told her yes. I am a 100% disabled veteran, have a disabled veteran tag, service-connected ID, and additional to that while she was being nosey she would of saw the handicapped placard on the dash. Her exact words were, "Well, you don't look disabled. You seem to walk fine. We have residence here that use a wheelchair." So I told her not all disabilities are visible nor did I think I needed to get my doctor to print out my personal medical records to show to her. After that experience, I will never rent from here as well as inform the VA and Maxwell that this apartment is not military/veteran friendly or knowledgeable about disabilities. It doesn't cost a thing to be nice to people."
"I’ve lived at Willow Ridge for 3 years now. The staff is always friendly & cares about their tenants. Any maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely matter. We also have the nicest neighbors & have made some good friends here. The proximity to uptown Prattville is so convenient. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move"

"I lived at Willow Ridge apartments for over 15 years. I recently moved because I was finally able to afford a house. During my 15+ years at Willow Ridge, I always felt safe which was a big deal to me and one of the main reasons I lived there for so long. The staff was always very friendly and service requests were handled in a timely manner. I will miss being close to Publix and nearby shopping centers. The only thing I won't miss is the stairs! ;)"
"Wonderful apartments. Very clean and well maintained with excellent groomer plan options. The maintenance and office workers are thoroughly, knowledgeable, and friendly. My boyfriend has been here the duration of our time together and I have been nothing but impressed when I come to visit."
