"My friends and I used to play tabletop games in the common room with a resident but a staff member who is also a resident named Amber was very rude to us. She was not professional and seemed to be allowing personal conflicts with a resident to affect her professional behavior as a staff member. She was basically accusing us of damaging the floor without any real evidence and was extremely unwelcoming. (We obviously did nothing to damage them) There seems to be an attitude of prioritizing an image for the business executives over providing a welcoming environment for residents and guests."
"Lies about providing reasonable accomodations for those in wheelchairs, about providing lights and ceiling fans. Lies to law enforcement about being threatened in order to remove any caretakers from the building. And I would not consider this a pet friendly place since when Dr. Nick the local veterinarian brought a dog over to meet my wheelchair-bound boyfriend, the cops were immediately called. They tried to kick me out for a veterinarian who brought a dog on site to meet my wheelchair-bound boyfriend. But they yelled at me and I was not even in possession of the dog. They are not pet friendly, they are not even people friendly."

"Historic site and scenic view. Takes about an hour to see. In downtown Prattville near shopping and dining. Well kept park area overlooking the old, condemned Cotton Gin Mill. Sad that the City as let it go to such disrepair."
