"It’s a solid restaurant. It might not be award winnning BBQ but it’s pretty darn good every time you go. Zero complaints. "Jim ‘N Nick’s on University Drive in Huntsville, Alabama is the a great place for barbecue ribs!!! I want to also give a shout out to the staff for being so AWESOME!!! Maddie our server was the BEST, extremely friendly, hospitable, and attentive, she took care of all our needs!!! Nick from the kitchen was just as AWESOME. They had already shutdown the fryers for the night and we had ordered a side of onion rings. Nick started the fryers back up just to make us an order of onion rings. Now that’s 5 STAR service!!! We will definitely be repeat customers… Thank you Maddie & Nick!!!"

"The food in this location was was definitely not up to typical Jim-n-Nick's standards. It was lukewarm and very fatty. The appearance was not very appealing. It almost appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for the first person to come along to grab it. The quality of our server is what really pulled our ranking up.Our server did a fantastic job. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us periodically. I did witness several employees step on or over some trash that could have proposed a slip hazzard. I would like to note that they were grossly understaffed. The atmosphere was like another Jim-n-Nicks."
"It's been a while since we've visited, not because of food, service, or anything bad...just that we were eating somewhere else. I'm glad we stopped by again. Food was great and the service was top notch. We were seated within minutes of arrival and our food hit the table in record time. It was a lot of food too. For our table, we had burgers, fish, and a brisket tater. All super good. You need to stop by for a visit and experience this for yourself."
