"I was quoted $20 and same day repair for my tire. By 5pm no one called to update me and the store was closed. The following morning, still no call. So I called just to be informed that it the tire must be replaced due to the tire being bald. Final cost $250, almost a whole day with no car and scammed all in one service visit. ( BTW, I needed another repair on the other tire abt a week later, Pep Boys quoted 21.99 but did not even charge me.) Suffice it to say, I will not be returning to Firestone!"
