"This place is awesome! A different location had to cancel my tire appointment last minute due to them not having the tires I needed and this location came to the rescue. I called them and they were able to get me in same day & located the tires I wanted. Aris was great! He helped me out so much & was friendly towards all customers there and the staff. Will definitely return again!"
"Caught a blade in my tire, got here 2 minutes before they closed. The store manager - Aris and one of the techs - Blake, didn’t even take a second before having me pull in and plug the hole in my tire and making sure there were no others. These 2 gentlemen are the definition of professionalism and client service. They easily could have turned me away and said they were closed. But chose to help instead. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!"
"The best people work at this Pep Boys at 18024 s. Halsted in Homewood. I brought my Range Rover here for a break job. After inspection, I am told that I needed rotors and drums, and break pads. I was skeptical at first, because of the price. I know that Range Rover parts and labor are expensive. But afterwards, they gave me some discount to make it affordable for me. I am satisfied after the work is completed and Bryant at the front desk is an exceptional customer service person. The whole team are exceptional. I will continue to patronize this company for any car service repair in the future. Great people"
