"Don’t send your car here . Especially with your own parts they won’t change the parts. They lie about it just to take your money . They’re money hungry . Don’t do any work just leave your car sitting there and pretend to do the work. Disgusting attitudes . Don’t communicate with you and when you call they either don’t answer or answer with an attitude . You’d be better off getting on YouTube to do it yourself then sending it here said they changed a water pump looked when I got home and it was never changed. They ask for cash so you can’t dispute any charges because they lie about actually doing the work.."

"They had excellent customer service! I was greeted by everyone when I pulled into their drive up. They clearly explained what would be done to my car during the oil change and offered really good deals for their Black Friday sale. They had great energy and were extremely nice. I would book again."

"Worst Black Own Establishment ever. If I can put no stars or negative stars I would. The owner DEAVOLON COTTON who lives in Homewood is terrible and will do another to get your money. I dropped my car off on Saturday and they look at it until Tuesday and on Thursday when they gave me the wrong diagnosis I decided to get my car. Then they charged me a storage fee which didn’t make sense because they were the ones who couldn’t fix the car. I dropped my car off on October 28, 2023 and then they changed the sign to say as on November 1, 2023 there will be a storage charge. Well my car was in the shop before you switched the sign so it still doesn’t count. They are GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY RUDE. I wish the mayor of Homewood close this place down so no one else has to experience what me or anyone else on these reviews are saying."

"I called the company BEFORE I purchased the Groupon, asking about additional associated costs (not my first time using Groupon). Was told no go ahead make the purchase and call back to make the appointment. I did, but when I got there I was told I had to pay $60 more for labor, #1 WHAT labor? I walked across the street, purchased a chicken sandwich came back and they were done. The engine haven't even called yet. Then he told me the two possible issues I told him I thought it was and thats the reason i chose this service, (which I always lie to mechanics to see if they did their job i said thermostat or water pump) that told me he didn't complete the pressure test because that would have told them of it was my thermostat or HEATER CORE. The experience was Terrible I was asked questions by a customer like he was the owner until I seen him pull off in his truck, the employees didn't say a thing when I first walked up. There is so much more DONT GO HERE.i have so much more to say DO NOT GO HERE. Then he lied AGAIN and said he wasn't the guy I was talking to on the phone, I just look 27,but have been in Customer Service for 27 years and know voices IT WAS HIM. I just let them lie to my face, then he gave me a $300 quote for labor only (i got the "estimate" in writing because I couldn't believe it, EVERYWHERE else said $120. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Towed away a vehicle from a AAA facility to take advantage of a Groupon deal for a 2 or 4 wheel alignment. They wouldn't honor the Groupon and wanted $150 for a front alignment which is way over average. Why would you get a Groupon for the same value amount in USD? Basically what happened. [Paid $60 for full alignment service but they'd only honor $60 in USD value instead of the complete alignment voucher]. Was able to work out a deal on the spot but I should of just bit the bullet and left it at AAA. I won't return."
