"They have been phenomenal on getting me set up with new home owners and car insurance! They made it easy to do and understand! Edit: we had several issues with misinformation they tried to take 2 payments on our autodraft and never told us. Then in the process of getting all of it corrected we ran a little behind apparently and we were in a canceled status for 21 days and never knew. I had gotten new insurance set up and emailed in to cancel and she is no longer there. The main gentlemen responded and then hadn't heard anymore back. Gonna follow up beginning of the week. 0 communication once they get you set up."
