"Big shout out and Thank You to Grant, Manager of the Newburgh AutoZone. My family have been AutoZone customers for a very long time. The other day, my 88 year old Dad was having battery issues. Removing the battery was more involved than either of us could tackle. I reached out to my local AutoZone and talked to Grant. He went above and beyond and came out to my Dad's house .... on his lunch no less!! ...... to install a new battery. Dad only lives about a mile from the store, but still it was super kind of Grant to help us out. He really saved the day and we couldn't begin to express our gratitude."
