"Edit: I contacted customer service as the reply suggests. I was given a 50% off coupon. Ridiculous. Didn't even offer to let me bring it back so they could check. This absolutely appears to be a scam. No wonder the phone number on the invoice is a dead end. I will be filing further complaints with the appropriate authorities. Original review: Contrary to what the $93!! invoice says they didn't check tire pressure, didn't add washer fluid, and considering the screen showing the technician working under the vehicle was OFF wonder what else they didn't do. I tried to call the phone number on the invoice and it's no good. Same number is listed on Google. Stay away from this place. I will be contacting BBB among others."

"This was my 1st time coming to to this location and I’m sure this will be the only location I will be going to for now on,, when I say top notch,, I mean “TOP NOTCH” customer service,, both guys that helped me Sam & Kevin was super polite and genuine, they provided me with all kinds of options to make sure I was okay with the brand they were using, they insure me and showed me the actually products that they were putting in my car from the oil to the windshield washing liquid etc. I was overly please but the service.. So, again I will only be coming to this location for now on.. very very great location to come to.."

"1st time a rag was left tucked up in my truck so I was dragging it around town all day until I had to go to a family event then I noticed it dangling so I took it back and they removed it and gave me 30% off. The next time I come in whenever I started my truck back up it dumped oil everywhere because they didn’t hook my stuff back up. The 3rd time they tell me I need a whole new oil pan and that they changed my oil plug because I hit something so I go to 3 different mechanics and they all say I didn’t hit anything what actually happened was valvoline put the wrong size plug in and they put a metal gasket around the plug on top of that so it made my oil leak worse (original oil leak was caused by a rotted gasket that just fell off) THEN they proceeded to overfill my truck with oil. Very very very unsatisfied. I’ve been going here for 3 years with multiple different vehicles and for some reason they mess it up and either charge me for their mess up or they just try to find something else that’s wrong and charge me for that. There has been times where I’ve sat there for 30mins after the oil change just waiting for them to put my air filter back in because they can’t figure out how to do that."

"They changed the tail lights, but turned out to be a wiring issue. Recommended I visit Award Winning Oil Change in E-ville. Didn't charge me! Love it when a business goes above & beyond even when they aren't getting anything from you!!"
