I got a whole list of repairs totaling several thousand dollars that they wanted to do. I declined the repairs and paid $125 for a "diagnostic" and still I have no idea what is causing the specific problem."

Kept me updated the entire time and was honest about the issues that required immediate fixing and the ones that could wait.
