"I have been here for 7 years, and until Ms. Barb arrived as the manager, nothing got done here. However, since she has been here, I have seen so many improvements. She is trying her best to clean up this area, and she works with anyone who will come to her. Any time I have an issue or ask her something, she and her team has always accommodated me. I can't thank Ms. barb enough for everything she has done for my family and me. It means so much, and I highly respect her. If you do your part as a tenant, she will always do hers. No questions asked. Thank you, Ms. Barb. My family and I love, and appreciate you. (and your team)"

"The tenants accepted leases from a whole bunch of non English Mexicans because of how filthy and the apartments are. They play their Mexican salsa music for the whole completion hear. Well I've filed a complaint with immigration. There's no way half of these people are legal."
"I called on behalf of my son's girlfriend. The air conditioner has been out for 2 weeks. Its extremely to hot for the air not to work. The office personnel was extremely rude, and she hung up the phone in my face. This is unprofessionalism on the highest level. These apartments are too raggedy for the amount she's paying. The owner needs to do better."
"If I could give this place a no star I would. Very unprofessional stayed here in 2020 an never fix nothing ceiling fell in in bathroom with a hole they move us in two different apartment first we’re infected with roaches an I have proof of it. An pictures of ceiling. An they move us to second apartment which were roaches and just terrible. Then they lie to say under review a person speaking on apartments lying. Which this is full truth. An what’s stated in court fees is what the court ordered. Not add other things on top to increase amount of things never had are knew about."
