"The rooms were ok, but the manager could work on her customer service, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, if you have any inconveniences don't bother wasting your time she's not helpful at all!!"
"The manager of this location was SO nasty and SO rude. I called the day before asking if they were hiring and they had told me that they were so the next day I go up there to get an application. When I get there I told the manager that I called yesterday and I’m here to pick up an application. Now I am BLACK and this lady (the manager) looked me up and down in disgust and with an attitude she said we are not hiring. I was so appalled and taken aback by her tone. It gave racist. Is this really how you train your employees to treat people ?? also for someone who is the manager I would expect them to know better. I’m disappointed."
"Updated and clean. Great service. Beds were "OK". Breakfast wasn't great but they had coffee and food to make me "not hungry "."
"Only reason for a 4 star is I wish they had more options for breakfast. I was surprised as to how clean the room felt. I even booked a stay at the same hotel on the way back and even asked for the same room they granted that request and we, husband me and our toddler, were super comfy and our room was a little away from everyone and we didn't hear anyone. We liked our room cause it was convenient and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised"
