"The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were ok, pretty clean. Pets can stay for free. Pool area is small, but clean. It’s close to Walmart, Waffle House, Krystal’s, and a few other convenient places."
"Had a horrible experience. Power to room exployed sparked out on my girlfriend. The two lamps that worked blew out. Called manager asked for a refund she said no. Will not book here again. Deserves a no star!!!!!!"
"I mean read all the reviews. To the T. The place was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty. Bed linens looked like they had never been washed. The lady working the desk said that's not her first job and you could tell she didn't care about anything. Room smelled awful no towels no ice. It was just horrible all together."
"I felt the customer service could’ve been better , instead of manager blaming the guests for their rooms being dirty - the customer is always right approach would’ve been appropriate in this case. They lied about time I was in room and refused to take responsibility for their unclean room and only refunded my early check in fee . I should’ve been refunded for half of my room. I Checked in at 6 am and was out by 9 am because of the unbearable smell. Adrian was the only helpful employee that was willing to TRY and help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ***"
