"Great complex with attentive management. Family friendly, safe and well maintained. Management always goes above and beyond to help their tenants. The negative reviews are probably from people who did not adhere to their lease agreement!!"
"The townhomes are out-of-date and in need of renovations and dire maintenance. The Lowes’ pride themselves with “high rental placement” percentages but I’m afraid it’s only due to the demand, cheaper quality, and affordability. There are not many townhomes available in Saraland. And unfortunately, the Lowes are rarely available when needed. They tend to communicate through secret letters placed on doors during the night. In my opinion, this is not good customer service. Also, make sure you take pictures and document what the place looks like when you move-in. Otherwise, you will be expected to pay for maintenance items that they themselves are dodging. Overall, I honestly feel this place is unsafe."
"Beware! Steve Lowe and his wife are never available. They show up on the premises when rent is due but that’s about the only time. They do not answer phones calls-even when they’re needed during emergency situations. The “maintenance” man lives in one of the apartments. He is most definitely not trained to handle A/C repairs. Multiple children roam the complex unattended. The police seem to get called often. In my honest opinion, the complex is not safe. I would not recommend to anyone- especially those with young children!"
"Love Love LOVE this apartment complex. It feels like home and not like I'm just renting from another business owner. Steve and his wife are so pleasant. I would recommend this home place to anyone."
